Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Simply select your desired items, choose the correct size and color, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your order will be processed.

Which payment methods do you accept? Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your country or location.

Can I cancel my order? If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@siennasydney.com and we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund within 5 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process upon delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

What is the delivery time? The estimated transit time is 3–7 business days depending on your location, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–10 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs procedures.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

What if my order seems delayed? We recommend checking your tracking information first for the latest updates. If there is no update after 3 business days, please contact us at support@siennasydney.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets our return conditions.

What are the conditions for returning an item? Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags and packaging included
  • Only tried on, not worn

What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@siennasydney.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs for confirmed errors will be covered by siennasydney.com.

Who pays for return shipping? If you are returning an item due to personal preference or incorrect size selection, all return shipping costs — including international shipping and customs fees — are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact support@siennasydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions
  4. Ship the item back at your own expense (tracked shipping recommended)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund? Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item? Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@siennasydney.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Size & Product Information

How do I choose the right size? Please refer to the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Are product photos accurate? We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Responsibility & Liability

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn't receive it? We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If tracking confirms delivery to your address but you have not received the package, please contact us at support@siennasydney.com so we can investigate. Note that siennasydney.com.com is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

What if I entered the wrong address? Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.
